Raised in Riverside, California, Don Kearney graduated from Poly High School and started working in boat sales while still in high school where he was the top salesperson six years in a row with the second largest ski boat factory in the country. In his early twenties, Having been recognized for his work ethic, Don was recruited by a local builder to learn the home building business. In those thirty plus years, Don has built homes and developed housing tracts throughout Riverside County. Don built his first track, 233 units, in Perris California for WoodHaven Developers; after that Don co-owned Phoenix Homes in Riverside where he built another 300 homes . Since then, Don has gone on to open Kearney Realty selling homes, Fannie Mae properties, and REO's while also building small tracks in Riverside. Don is currently selling residential real estate in Riverside where he is listing and selling, to families and investors. Don also works with Short Sales, REO's and Land Acquisitions for buyers and sellers. Don specializes in Riverside, Moreno Valley, Norco, Corona, Jurupa Valley, East Vail, and San Bernardino.
