Buy Pinata With Hammer Cake Online in Gurgaon

Due to time constraints, I felt I had to take a simple pinata cake recipe and find something that fits the bill. This recipe for the cake may seem a little crazy, but it works and has long been my favourite.  

I chose a three-layer cake because I thought three layers would be perfect. Assuming you have a three-layer cake, you will probably want to cut a hole through one of the layers.

Using an 8-9 cm long round pastry cutter, cut out the middle of each of the three cakes with a bowl or glass as a guide. Place one of the cake layers with the partial hole on a cake plate or a cake circle made of cardboard and spread about 1-2 cups of icing over it and on the outside hole. Place the cake on the cake plate on a stand (use a cake board) with the hollow middle facing up.

Take a mini spatula and spread a thin layer of frosting around the wall of the hole in the cake. This helps the stability of the cake and seals it so it remains moist. Place the next cake layer on top of the first layer and add another frosting layer to the base. Use the remaining frosting tube to swirl the edges of the cake. A chocolate drop on the cake completes the whole thing with additional sweets.  

Spoon into the middle of the cake to fill the top hole. Stack the cake further as before, with three layers of cake on top of each other, sandwiched between the buttercream jam and the cavity in the middle. Once the cake has cooled down, use a large serrated knife to remove the arched top of the cake. 

Place a cake ring on a cake rack or serving plate and freeze with 1 cup frosting. Arrange the sprinkles on the underside so that the whole cake comes together about halfway through the cake. Press the parchment into a circle with a second 65-inch slice and place it side down on the first cake. 

Leave the cake to cool for 15 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool completely. Remove and allow to cool in the pan on a cool wire rack for 5 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining butter, sugar, vanilla, egg, flour and milk to make 2 cakes. Whisk with a whisk on low speed until all the ingredients of the cake are well combined. Bake the cake Once the dough is well mixed, divide the cake into two round cake tins lined with parchment.   

Prepare three 6-inch round cake tins with non-stick baking spray and coat with shortening and flour to remove excess flour. Cover the second layer (the third layer of the pinata cake) and freeze. 

Once you have made the layers of the cake, you can make it into a cake. You can cut out a part of each cake layer and fill it with sweets.

A good fucking pinata cake is a lot of fun and much easier than it looks. This cake uses four 6 inch round hollows with three layers so that the fourth layer is placed all the way up. The middle circular part of the cake is cut off and you can freeze it with leftover frosting to make a lovely mini cake or a smaller layer of cake.

The cake is tender with crumbs and full of flavour, and the addition of Greek yoghurt keeps it moist all day.

With one hand you hold a pinata (donkey or other shapes of your choice) and the cake, with the other you trace the pinata with a toothpick. Cut the top of the cake with a sharp knife and remove the dome. If you use acrylic discs, place a non-slip pad like a record player on your cake (I have 65 discs in my pad) and decorate the cake with cake cardboard.
